I am never nervous when I create anything whether I'm drawing, painting, making a tiara, bouquets, pendants etc. but I found myself in a real tizzy wanting the cake to be just what they wanted - it was to be surprise you see........ Happily they loved it, hope you do too.

They're engaged......
I just had to show you the engagement cake I made for beautiful daughter Sarah and her fiancée Richard. A dear friend helped cover the cake with sugar paste and it I decorated it, inspired by the glorious Art Nouveau period. It was simple Victoria sponge (yes, only with strawberry jam so it was 'proper')
